Fantastic personal and comprehensive customer service from Matt and Alvin at Blackmore Automotive. From my initial online enquiry message, through test drive and then handover day - everything they did was 5 star. No sales pressure, explained every stage of the process, prepped my new car to beyond showroom standards. Met me at their premises at convenient times for myself - nothing was too much trouble.
My car really is a top class example of the model I wanted and I was able to purchase from Blackmore at a fair price and worry free. They put some main dealers I've encountered in the past to shame with their knowledge and desire to give a superb customer experience. Thanks guys, see you next time around.
